Class Registration



• Flying Ace Dog Training does not accept aggressive dogs in group training classes.  If your dog has aggression issues, or suspected aggression issues, please contact me prior to the start of class, and I will be happy to refer you to some excellent trainers in our area who specialize in aggression.

• Tuition must be received within one week (7 calendar days) of your registration to hold your spot in class.  You may pay online via PayPal or mail a check payable to Flying Ace to 1710 6th Street, Snohomish, WA 98290.

• All dogs participating in Flying Ace Dog Training Group Training Classes or Playgroups must be up to date with their vaccinations according to their veterinarian’s recommendations and state law and must have a fecal exams every 6 months. Fax or mail your shot records and fecal results prior to the start of classes to ensure that your dog will be able to participate in all class activities.

• We welcome all family members to participate in training your dog. Young children must be supervised by an adult and able to sit quietly during class. The primary handler must be at least 16 years old unless prior arrangements are made with the class instructor. **For in-person classes, attendance is limited to one participant per registered dog, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Classes may be cancelled in the case of extreme weather conditions, instructor emergency, facility emergency, or low enrollment. Notification will be sent via email. Day of class cancellations will be notified by both email and telephone.  If you are unsure if class is being held, please contact me at 425-418-8981. A make up class will be scheduled to cover the missed material.

• Refunds will not be issued once the current class session begins. This includes students who drop out day-of class. Late cancellations (less than 1 week prior to the start of classes) will be eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds for payments made through through PayPal will be minus the fees charged by PayPal.

• Your tuition entitles you to a seat in the class you registered for, at that specific day and time only. If you do not attend class, no matter what the reason, you are not entitled to a refund or a transfer of tuition to another class.

All participants in classes held in-person must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and will be required mask and social distance for the entire time they are at the class location. All participants in classes held in-person will be required to submit a COVID-19 attestation before every class. Failure to wear a mask or practice social distancing, or failure to submit the COVID-19 attestation or proof of vaccination, will warrant removal from the event and Flying Ace Dog Training reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund.

Liability Waiver

I/we hereby release Flying Ace Puppy School, Heather Rush, class instructors, employees and volunteers, including those owning or working for the physical facility where classes or lessons are conducted, from any claims of damage or liability including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising from the acts or omissions of the instructors, from operation of the class, lesson or facility, or which may arise or be caused by any other attending/participating individual or animal as may be present/participating at the facility or in a class or lesson.

Photos may be taken of my dog and ownership of those pictures is understood to belong to Flying Ace Puppy School and may be used for commercial purposes.

I understand that any legal expenses incurred in defense or enforcement of this contract shall be my responsibility as the owner/agent of the animal.

I do hereby acknowledge that I have read all of the above and as either the owner of the above animal or acting as agent for the owner of the above animal, I agree to the content and meaning of the above statement. The information I have provided is true and correct.
